Although Hamlin closed the gap, he and Harvick both still have a lot of work to ahead of them. They still have to be perfect the rest of the way.
Thanks!

klvalus - No wonder the brakes burn up when they're going that fast lol. Hope there is no rain in Alabama this weekend.
Thanks!jmayer1843https://www.blogger.com/profile/03979602470480690327noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4324293794163565996.post-87021638351845072782010-10-27T10:22:33.958-05:002010-10-27T10:22:33.958-05:00Like I said on Gene's blog I missed most of th...Like I said on Gene's blog I missed most of the racing action as I blew thru this one on the DVR - but it looked fun in 16x speed!

4 stars for the anticipation of Dega too...klvalushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17013035051062088498noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4324293794163565996.post-26347499399626389072010-10-26T23:18:53.342-05:002010-10-26T23:18:53.342-05:00nice recap and rating, JM. Did you find it as dismal as I did hearing that 5th is the worst result Jimmie's had at Martinsville since they introduced the Chase?tezgm99https://www.blogger.com/profile/17930207231098783208noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4324293794163565996.post-56005395268325424682010-10-26T20:05:05.717-05:002010-10-26T20:05:05.717-05:00Dwindy1 - I don't. Plus, the increased speed might bring up the problem of cars flipping again. In a perfect world, unrestricted racing would be fun. In reality, it still might be to dangerous. Besides, this weekend is going to be fantastic with the huge packs. I think we can live with four races like this a year.
Thanks!

yankeegranny - No suspense at the end. Harvick simply couldn't keep up. But you're right, it was a very good race and sets up what could be a great stretch run. It's nice to have people excited about the sport at this time of the year again. It's been a while.
Thanks!jmayer1843https://www.blogger.com/profile/03979602470480690327noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4324293794163565996.post-32846917823768022822010-10-26T16:13:11.549-05:002010-10-26T16:13:11.549-05:00This was flat out the best race of the year. Jr nation is in 7th heaven, the race for the chase tightened up, teammates were fighting, chasers were wrecking each other and the ESPN crew seem to finally be getting their act together. Now how could you only give that race 4 stars, come on now??????
ON TO HOLLODAGA.yankeegrannynoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4324293794163565996.post-24028665442298588722010-10-26T12:31:01.331-05:002010-10-26T12:31:01.331-05:00jmayer...

Is he going down? Right now those are good questions.

Thanks!Dwindy1https://www.blogger.com/profile/02915617340823975656noreply@blogger.com
